Petra's latest release is Shane Stanley’s Noosa Farmers’ Market. This book explores the celebrated Noosa Farmers’ Market with a collection of regionally inspired recipes and visual showcase of produce and producers. Mouth watering recipes such as Marinated Goat’s Curd with Pickled Baby Beets, Chermoula Marinated Cuttlefish and Bushfood Ravioli are shared alongside images of the seasonal splendour that has become the essence of the farmers’ market experience.

Another of Petra’s releases is Ginger - the flavours and the flowers, a beautiful publication which explores the diverse range of flavours attributed to ginger though wonderful mouth-watering recipes utilising the rhizomes of this versatile plant. Petra’s latest offering is interlaced with spectacular images of the recipes as well as the many spectacular flowers affiliated with ginger. Accompanied by a brief guide to the flowers of the ginger family, it is the first book to really depict the visual splendour of these breathtaking flowers.
